I was wary of going to yet another Garage only to be ripped off each time they see I am a woman.....I was in for a surprise, not only was I treated with respect, I was shown what was wrong with my car.....uh oh I thought, now comes the cost !   Canadian tire had quoted me "cost of muffler only" not including labour $250......this Gentleman quoted me including labour $200...I nearly fainted....FINELY, SOMEONE WHO IS THEORY TO HELP ANDROID NOT TRY TO EMPTY YOUR WALLET ! Thank you so much !

  Rating: 5 out of 5 stars I discovered Custom Mufflers several years ago and it was immediately apparent to me that this was not your normal typical garage.  Kamal and all his employees do great work at incredibly reasonable prices.  They are friendly, honest and fair.  A rarity these days.  I have recommended them to many of my friends and colleagues and will continue to do so :)  

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars My car was making a ridiculously loud noise one day and I had no idea what it was. I immediately took it to a friend at Markham Honda, who recommended I go to The Custom Mufflers on Kennedy. When I got there, the people were very friendly. They explained what the issue was with the car (the muffler had fallen off) and told me about the repairs they would do in order to help me save money. They welded it back together and it only cost me $60. They fixed it extremely fast. I wasn't in there longer than 20 minutes. They even test drove the car to make sure it was OK. As a woman, sometimes taking your car to garages can be tricky. You never know if the people serving you are going to pull a fast one. But at The Custom Mufflers they were very courteous, didn't talk down to me and physically showed me what was wrong with the muffler. I would definitely go back there.

Called first to see if I could be seen later that day - they were very polite on the phone, said it is first come first serve and to come on over. I was shown the problem with my muffler and quoted $180 to replace it, labour included, and that it would be about 30 minutes. I luckily was able to do some errands during that time instead of wait. Bill was exactly what they said it would be. Everything was prompt and accurate which I super appreciate

This is the only place I will go to get my car mufflers and brakes repaired if need be. Very good service and location
